~ The Wine :

This sparkling rosé wine is a new member in our wine range. The fresh aromas are brought up by the fine bubbles intensifying : fruitiness and palate happiness!

Clear beautiful pinky colour, intense red berrries aromas and citrus shades
Forbidden fruits to drink at 8%vol!

~ The Terroir :
Made from the Gamay grape variety planted over sandy granitic soils

~ The Vinification :
The Gamay is pressed right after the harvest and will rest 36 hours in cool temperatures. Then comes the Alcoholic fermentation colder than for red wine-making process.The wine is then chilled in order to let the Gamay bouquet express itself
At the end of the vinification process is operated a second in-bottle fermentation which brings smouthness and elegancy to the bubbles

~ The Estate :
Cyrille Duvernay and his wife are the 6th wine-maker generation on the family estate, owned since 1855
Nowadays, Cyrille blends tradition, modernity and hand-crafting to create his wines and ensure the estate wealth which accounts for 10 hectares in total.

Other Appellations: Beaujolais Village, Beaujolais Rouge Rosé and Blanc, Sparkling wine.
Wine tasting cellar: From Monday to Saturday 10am-12 3pm-7pm
Group: We can welcome up to 20 people
Foreign Languages: English available only over appointement

~ Food Matching :
Perfect for the aperitif, this sparkling wine will also suit festivities (christenings, communions), your parties by the swimming-pool. To savor with chocolate desserts or fruit salads, it needs to be chilled (6°c to 8°c).
