15 hectares in total our estate is also a place a professionnal viticulture high school where the next generation of wine-maker is formed

~ The Vinification:
Respect is a key word for us, hand-harvested and placed in pierced racks to preserve our grapes.
The first fermentation is made in tank then the second fermentation (mousse) happens then the disgorging process and the cork is placed

~ Food Matching :
This cremant will match any pie (fruit, raspberry...). It will also go along "Foie Gras" and will reveal dish after dish its secrets

Service Temperature : 6° to 7°c
Ageing capacities : Ready to drink can be kept another 2 years but won't improve
