~The Wine:
The floral spicy and mineral notes of the Brouilly were gathered to the oak barrel tannins for 12 months

~The Terroir:
The soil where are cultivated our vines is mainly composed of schistes and manganese. Our vines are grown with the "Terra Vitis" concept.

~The Estate:
The Bel-Air estate owns 14Ha of vines with 3.5Ha in Brouilly appellation.

Other Appellations: Morgon, Moulin à Vent, Beaujolais, Beaujolais Blanc and crémant de Bourgogne.
Wine tasting cellar : We will welcome you from Monday until Friday from 8 am to 12 and from 1pm to 5 pm
Groups: we can receive groups
the Bel-Air estate owns a oenotouristic site (Cap Vigne), and can welcome up to 50 people only over appointement.

~The Vinification:
The harvest is made by hand _ the maceration lasts 9 days _ The oak ageing process takes 12 months. The bottling process happens a year and a half after the harvest

~Wine & Food Matching:
The Brouilly Comtesse Noire will join all the step of your meal, from aperitif to the cheese

Service temperature: 14°C, needs to be carafed 2 hours before being served
Ageing: Can be kept up to 8 years
