~ The wine: Red fruit note wine (raspberry, blackcurrent) along with elegant tannins and a ruby appearance. This wine will be ideal to join your grilled poultry dishes and small feathered game (partridge, pheasant)

~ The Terroir: Gamay grape variety grown over an alluvial and granitic soil. This wine is made from different lots offering their specific terroir
