~ The wine:   "Our belief is that if you work your terroir with respect it will give you a wine full of ripen fruits". this vintage is structured, well-balanced and high in colour.

~ The Terroir: Our wine is made out of the typical beaujolaise grape variety the Black Gamay, our vines are grown on a granitic soil.

~The estate: We have 8.5 ha of vines in total with 5.5 ha in Brouilly Our wine tasting cellar is open as soon as you have booked an appointment to us. Group : max 30 persons Foreign languages: English

~ The Vinification: We use the traditionnal Beaujolaise Vinification (whole grape bunch making-process). The fermentation lasts a minimum of 10 days.

~ Food matching: It will follow you along your meal from the aperitif (cured meats) to your main dishes (white or red meats) or even the cheeses.  Service temperature: between 12°C & 15°C This wine can be kept an other 5 years and up to 8 years.
