~ The wine: It's a bright ruby coloured wine, Brouilly "Baronne" 2008 vintage wine reminds a fruit basket. It is voluptuous and well balanced wine. It is fresh and easy to drink, the tannins are soft which caracterise well its appellation.
~ The Terroir: From the Gamay grape variety, grown on sandy and granitic soils

~ The Vinification: This wine is made within the Beaujolaise vinification process. Maceration lasts 22/25 days before the press, with the whole bunch of grape. It is aged in tun barrels for 10 months.The aim is to improve the colour extraction in order to get a better colour able to last with the years and to bring more structure and complexity to the wine.
