~ The Wine: Purple appearance with violet highlights, the fruity nose reveals subtle blackberry and redcurrant shades, the tannins are soft and well integrated, all combined it gives a persistant well-balanced with a peppery finish.

~ The Terroir: This wine benefits from a south side solar exposition and a sandy granitic soil.

~ The Estate: The DOMAINE DES FOUDRES is a family estate for the past 3 generations, settled in Vaux En Beaujolais, the vines are planting down a sloping vineyard (38% slope) with an Estearn South-East solar exposition.The total surface represents 25 Ha spread over 22, 10 Ha BEAUJOLAIS VILLAGES 1,90 Ha BEAUJOLAIS 0,55 Ha BEAUJOLAIS BLANC 0,40 Ha MORGON We also own a wine tasting cellar open every day from 10am to 7pm, we can welcome up 120 people.

~ The Vinification:  Long fermentation with a lower temperature to keep a higher fruit concentration
