~The Wine:
A wine made out of fruity notes with some minerality expresses a true Gamay bouquet wine

~The Terroir:
Black Gamay variety, cultivated over a schistes manganese and iron soil.
Our vines are grown through environnement respect thanks to the "Terra vitis" legislation that we deeply believe in and follow.

~The Estate:
The Bel-Air castle owns 14Ha in total with 3.5 Ha in Brouilly appellation.

Other Appellations: Morgon, Moulin à Vent, Beaujolais, Beaujolais Blanc and Crémant de Bourgogne.
Wine tasting cellar: open from Monday to Friday. From 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5 pm
Group: we will welcome you
The Bel-air castle also has an oenotouristic site (Cap Vigne). the visit can welcome up to 50 people o,ly over appointement.

~The Vinification:
The harvest is made by hand_The maceration lasts around 10 days, depending on the wine we want to obtain, with the whole grape bunch. the ageing process happens in tank and bottling is done in May
