~ The Wine:  This Vintage is outstanding in the Beaujolais. We worked the wine in order to obtain wonderful appearance (garnet with purple highlights), nose (blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry) and an outstanding palate (soft tanins, perfect balance between tanins acidity and fruitiness)

~ The Terroir: Gamay grape variety planted over a clay and sand soil

~ The Estate: Our family estate has been sttled in St Lager for the past 4 generations since the XIX century, nowadays it spreads over 12 hectares. The wine-maker is helped by his wife and a full-time employee Wine Tasting Cellar : Open over appointment between 8am-8pm Group: We can welcome up to 15 people Foreign Language(s): English

~ The Vinification: This cuvée is made from a blend between all of our best parcels and reveals outstanding qualities thanks to the temperature controle during fermentation and a cold finishing fermentation

~ Food Matching: This wine wil match your lamb leg with typical Lyon style potatoes, Sauteed veal in tarragon cream, Bresse style roasted chicken and wild rice Service temperature : 14° to 16°c Ageing capacities :  This wine can be kept another 3 to 5 years in order to let time to this wine to evoluate and develop more complexity
