~ The wine: It's colour appearance is bright ruby with purple highlights. The nose is floral with peony and lilies notes. It's a well-balanced wine that combines subtlness and elegancy.

~ The terroir: This wine was made out of Black Gamay white juice, the beaujolais king grape variety.

~ The estate: 8,1 Ha in total with 7 Ha in Brouilly Other appellations : Beaujolais Villages - Morgon - Régnié Wine tasting cellar: with appointments Group : max 50 persons Foreign languages: English

~ The Vinification: This process happens in tiled-cement vat. Our wine-makers combines different terroir with one famous which is the Pisse-Vieille. More than 50% of this vintage comes from whole bunch harvested grapes, their maturation lasts 16 days at least!
