~ The wine:
This wine has a ruby colour with purple highlights.The nose reminds the ripen red fruits. The mouth is long well-balanced and the tannins are well integrated.
~ The Terroir:
This wine is the product of the Gamay grape variety and raised on a granitic soil.

16 ha in total with 10 ha in Brouilly -

~ The Vinification:
Traditional method, the ageing process happens in special oak tuns (Foudres) for 10 months. There is no wine filtration so the wine gets a little deposit on the bottom of the bottle, it is called "ancestery method".
~ Food Matching:
It can go with "amuse-bouche" cured meats, red meat dishes. It can also go along with games and Beaujolais goat cheeses.
