~ The Wine :
A deep red colour with bronze highlights. The nose recalls minerality and black berries along with spices and floral notes. The licorice palate offers length powerful yet silky tanins, structure and a full-bodied wine

~ The Terroir : 
Made from the Gamay grape variety, grown over a grantic soil filled with acidic and poor rocks bringing soil temperature regulation enhancing maturity

~ The Estate :
Michel Aubry, only owns 0.55 hectares of vines which is only half a hectare

Groups : Our cellar can welcome up to 20 people and for better comfort please contact us before


~ The Vinification :
Natural vinification without adding yeast and no sulfites used. The vatting process lasts 14 days and then aged in oak for 12 months
then aged bottled for 18 months


~ Food Matching : 
This wine will be a perfect match to lamb cutlets or feathered games dishes. Dare matching this Côte de Brouilly over grilled maquerel in tomato and
basil sauce!

Service Temperature : 14° to 16°c
Ageing capacities : Ready to drink but can be kept another 6 years
and can improve
