~ The Vinification:  Traditionnal Beaujolaise vinification, wild yeast usage. The 10 months maturation is made in Oak tuns. The bottling is made in the estate

~ Food Matching:  Cured meat, Spicy dishes, Casseroles, white meat, Fish, Cheese Service temperature: 15°c Can be kept an other 18 to 24 months
