~ The Vinification:  Part Carbonic maceration, vatting process lasts 12 to 14 days and is made under low temperature. Grid usage and cap punching. The maturation lasts 1 year before bottling

~ Les Accords Mets & Vins:  Regional casseroles (Bourguignon, Beaujolais), exotic dishes (sweet and sour), grilled seabream.  Service temperature: around 15°c  Ageing potential: 5 years and more
