a red fruit aromas wine, the palate is refreshing with a long finish.

The vines are 40 years old, the Gamay is the grape variety used, grown over a grantic soil.

A total superficy of 8.9 Ha in Brouilly AOC and 0.75Ha in Côte de Brouilly AOC
Wine tasting Cellar: Open from 8am to 12 pm and from 2pm until 6pm, can welcom up to 50 people

  ~The Vinification:
Traditionnal Beaujolaise method, the tanking process lasts between 7 and 10 days.
The ageing process happens in tank for 9 months.

White Meat, Red meat, Cheese and Chocolate
Service Temperature: 15°c
Ageing capacities: 5 to 7 years
