~ The Vinification:  Part carbonic, maceration lasting 8 to 12 days. Bottlingmade in november 2007 in the Estate

~ Food Matching: Will ideally match delicate starters (fish, jellied chicken), typical Beaujolais cured meat dishes, spiced dishes (curry, safran) Lamb dishes and parsleyed Served slightly chilled, it will go with grilled meats, poultry, barbecues and will join cheese plate (from the creamy type: Briat Savarin until the parsleyed one : Bleu de Bresse Service temperature: 16°c Can be kept another 5 to 7 years
