~ The Wine:  This is one bright ruby appearance, this wine emits cherry and raspberry notes. The mouth happens to be suple balanced lots of fineness. The freshness is fruity making a juicy wine. enjoy yourself.

~ The Terroir: Gamay grape variety grown over a clay granitic soil. This cuvee is made out of old bush vines (80 to 100 years old)

~ The Estate: 11 hectares with 3 in Brouilly appellation Other appellations : Beaujolais Village Rosé, Régnié, Morgon. We have a wine tasting cellar Group : We can welcome group of 45 people max over appointements Foreign languages: English and Italian

~ The Vinification:  vendange manuelle. Handcraft harvest. Classical vinification. The vatting process lasts between 8 to 10 days.  During winter, the wine is racked several times. After the 8 months vatting process for spring the wine is bottled.

~ Food Matching: Apéritif, Cured meat, Red and White meat, Fish, Cheese This wine can be kept 3 to 5 years
